Pigs are an important part of the German culture and cuisine. In keeping with their reverence for the animal, Stuttgart is the home of the Schweinmuseum (Pig Museuem). Here is your chance to enjoy a 45 minute English tour of the more than 50,000 exhibits covering zoology, mythology, and symbolism from around the world.
After the tour, we can relax over some drinks and delicious German cuisine such as suckling pig, grilled pork, and many other kitchen delights. The restaurant is set in a beautiful beer garden with nearly 600 seats next to a magnificent view of the exhibits and sculptures.
This event is currently only open to IWCS members.
The club will cover the cost of the English-language tour guide and members are responsible for their entrance fee (4,50€/person).
